Patient Info

First Visit

We look forward to meeting you and are confident that you will have a comfortable experience at our office. Your first visit serves as an opportunity for us to review important information and to answer all of your questions regarding your treatment.

In order to prevent any delays, please remember to bring the following information to your consult appointment:

  • Referral form and any x-rays from your dentist
  • List of all medications
  • Medical/Dental Insurance Card Information

You may download forms and complete the patient registration and medical history forms prior to your appointment and bring them with you. Please remember, a parent or legal guardian must accompany all patients under the age of 18 to all office visits.

Your Experience

The experience of dental surgery can seem daunting and scary. We are here to make it a positive experience each and every time you come to our office. Although the things we see are quite routine, we are confident that we can put you at ease.

If you will be having surgery with general anesthesia, you should have nothing to eat or drink for 8 hours prior to your appointment, as it is very important to have an empty stomach for the anesthesia. We use all the same equipment for monitoring that you would find in a full operating room, which makes the procedure very safe.

Once the procedure is over and you have recovered from the anesthesia, your escort will take you home. Although we are gentle, it is not uncommon to have discomfort and swelling after the surgery. The proper medications are prescribed in order to help with these effects of surgery.

You will have a follow-up appointment approximately one week after your surgery; however, we are available day and night to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Whatever it is that you may need, we are here. Call us with any questions or concerns or use our online form to send us a message.
